New high power Helikite winch

We designed and manufactured a new version of our large Helikite winch for Allsopp Helikites in England before it was shipped to its customer in the USA.

The new design is the size of our standard large Helikite winch but we changed the gearing and fitted a larger engine to give it more power and much stronger cable pull, equivalent to our extra-large Helikite winch.

The customer wanted the extra power and pull for launching higher capacity aerostats and needed a practical solution in the face of space and storage constraints.
